e are here to help! At Transformation NOW, we provide supervised visitation and exchange monitoring services in a calm and supportive setting to assist parents and children.

Having worked in the social service sector for over a decade, we understand the importance of providing high-quality and compassionate services. The staff has vast knowledge and experience as a juvenile probation officer, DFPS case worker, and mental health counselor in both the criminal justice system and the community. We have a collective insight into the impact of neglectful and abusive environments on children.

Supervised Visitation Service (in office)
Supervised Visitation is when the non-custodial parent is supervised while visiting with their child. The parent(s) may be referred to by the court, DFPS, attorney, or mental health provider. The parents may decide that supervised visits are in the children's best interest, during a challenging time in the family.

  • Visits occur in a child-friendly environment.
  • Visits overseen by professionally trained staff.
  • Clear expectations for each visit are communicated to ensure a safe and nurturing experience.
  • We also provide objective documentation on the safety and comfort of the child and parent interaction.
  • Court reports and testimony regarding supervised visits are available as requested.

Supervised Virtual Visitation Service
Supervised virtual visitation is when the visit of the non-custodial parent and child is conducted virtually. Supervised virtual visitation allows the non-custodial parent to maintain contact when in-person visits are not in the children’s best interest. This service can be ordered by the court or recommended by an attorney or mental health provider. The parents may decide exchange monitoring is in the children’s best interest, during a challenging time in the family.

  • Visits occur virtually conveniently and comfortably from their homes.
  • Visits are monitored discreetly by professionally trained staff.
  • Clear expectations for each visit are communicated to ensure a safe and nurturing experience.
  • We also provide objective documentation on the safety and comfort of the child and parent interaction.
  • Court reports and testimony regarding supervised visits are available as requested.

Exchange Monitoring Service (in-office)
Monitored Exchange Service monitors a child's movement between the custodial and the noncustodial parent immediately before and after unsupervised visitation. Monitored Exchange provides a safe, neutral setting for the exchange. This service can be ordered by the court or recommended by an attorney or mental health provider. The parents may decide exchange monitoring is in the children’s best interest, during a challenging time in the family.

  • Exchange monitoring is conducted peacefully and harmoniously by parents.
  • Before parents communicate, information regarding the child’s care status is needed for each exchange.
  • Documentation of the safety of the exchanges and any child’s care concerns
         communicated by parents.
